Thank you for posting the delays and school closings here. Short of calling my home directly, this is the easiest and most efficent way for me to find out about these happenings. Thank you!

Although I, too, appreciate this resource for finding out information on school delays and closings, given the fact that it is supposed to be even colder tonite, it would be even more helpful to know in advance rather than at 7:30 tomorrow morning if the delay will stand or if school will once again be closed. For those of us who need to arrange childcare, even the probability of another day off creates havoc with this issue. I see that many schools are already making the call to not put our children in danger with the excessive wind chill. It would be extremely helpful to make arrangements tonite. Thanks for listening.

Although I agree with the action of a two-hour delay in such weather, we have to think about the well-being of all of the children standing out in the winter breeze. Even at 8:00 am, it's expected to feel like -16 degrees, which is way too dangerous for children to be waiting for a bus. It would be in their best interest if the schools were closed for another day or until the weather stabilizes to make sure all children are safe.

I know that most parents will be smart enough to keep their children in doors instead of making them wait outside for the bus or might even take their children to the school, but not every parent is responcible and the children of these parents shouldn't have to suffer because of a call such as this. I understand that your job is very hard though and you have done nothing but wonderful things for the plymouth community, and I must personally thank you for that.

I love the work you have done on your blog and will continue reading it for further information and updates. Thank you.
