Clarification on Menominee Trespassing

On the WTCA website you will find a news article about a man trespassing on Menominee School Grounds: http://am1050.com/2011/03/hindman-arrested-trespassing-menominee-school/

What you need to know is that the trespassing took place around 6-PM, way after school was out. Officer Bridget Hite and the custodial staff at Menominee have been keeping a close watch on this man for some time because he would just park in the back area and smoke around 6-PM. Although his presence seemed harmless, he was asked not park there. Not to mention, we have a school policy on smoking on school grounds.

Menominee is a part of the local Neighborhood Watch Group that was started three years ago due to incidents in the Nutmeg Ridge area, headed up by Menominee parent Lisa Berger at that time. As you can tell from the action taken, we are always on the look out for our kids and neighbors' safety.

I happen to know this mans mother's maiden name is "Colvin" and I hope he doesn't get any favors from Judge Dean Colvin in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on March 22, 2011.

We have to keep a close watch on our children to ensure a positive future.
