Red Ribbon Week

Jefferson Elementary and Webster Elementary are "PAWS"itively Drug Free!
Webster's 4th grade student council (pictured) along with our social worker, Mrs. Bendy, coordinated a collection drive for items to be delivered to the Marshall County Humane Society. A total of 113 items were collected during the annual Red Ribbon Week.

Webster students, Mackenzie Umbaugh and Sienna Tremblay, presented pet item donations to the Marshall County Humane Society. These items were collected by Jefferson and Webster Student Council members during the week of Red Ribbon Week. Our theme for the week was “We are Paws-itively drug free!” We collected pet items as a way to be positive role models to others. Mackenzie and Sienna are 4th grade Webster Student Council members and they volunteer at the Humane Society every Friday. They are holding two kittens that are currently available for adoption at the Humane Society.

Jefferson 4th Grade Student Council members recently celebrated Red Ribbon Week by being “paws”-itive role models to others in our community. Students collected pet items to send to our local Humane Society.
