Weather

Plymouth School officials have been monitoring the road conditions this morning and will continue to monitor them. If we release students early, it will be posted on this Blog, as well as the following media outlets: WNDU, WSBT, and WTCA. Student safety is of paramount importance as we make this critical decision.

Thanks for your diligence in student safety. I'm sure it is not an easy decision making process.

From the way things are looking, other schools have declared themselves closed. I'm all for staying open, but safety really is the issue. Students cannot be left to drive through the after-effects of a large storm. Once lunch is over and it's a full day, I would say go for early dismissal. This way there are no reprocussions and everyone is safe and happy. Glad I could throw my opinion in :)

I totally agree that are children shouldn't have to drive in (or be driven in) some of this weather we have been having. I agree with Mr. Malone about staying open, but i dont see how we can stay open on Friday. Thank you for your time.:)
