PHS - Summer Weight Training Program

Below you will find the Summer Weight Training Program Calendar. We have several sessions in order to try to meet the needs of as many student athletes as possible; hopefully one of them will work for you.

This summer it will be necessary for us to collect a $20 fee from each student who participates in the program. This fee will cover the costs of maintaining our facility and the services provided throughout the summer. Fees will be collected on the first day (June 7).

Session 1 6:30 AM—8:00 AM
Session 2 8:00 AM—10:00 AM
Session 3 10:00 AM—12:00 PM
Session 4 12:30 PM—2:30 PM
